1. The abstract text should be a minimum of 200 words with
1000 word limit. Please include the title of the presentation
as well as the name, title, address, telephone number, fax number
and e-mail address of the author(s).
2. Abstracts and Biographies must be received no later than
Feb 15, 2008. In order to facilitate review and selection,
abstracts are requested to be submitted as soon as possible.
Late submission will not allow time for proper review and
may result in the rejection of the abstract.
3. If your abstract is chosen, you will be notified via e-mail
by Feb 20, 2008. Instructions will be included in this e-mail
for submitting your presentation material if you wish to make
it publicly available on this website after the Terrain Summit.
4. Authors presenting papers under a government contract will
be responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals and releases
from the appropriate government agency.
5. Presenters are expected to provide their own laptops for
their presentations. There will be at least one projector made
available in each presentation room. Any other necessary equipment
is the responsibility of the presenter.
